There are NO new ones, and I've never heard of anyone who's selling rebuilds. 
Your best bet is to find a good used one. I have one here. Where are you 
located?

OTOH, what exactly is shot? There are many small items that can simply be 
repaired or replaced.

BTW, since we seem to be talking about front axle beams a lot, I'll remind 
everyone that EVERY type 3 front axle beam has FOUR Zerk (grease) fittings. 
These should each be lubed once or twice a year. 

Every type 3 owner needs to also own a grease gun. If you use it regularly you 
will never wear out the difficult parts of your front axle beam.
