Thats because you now have carbs that are set up properly and jetted
properly for your engine.  With the help of Brian Fye my notch is running
quite well now with the Solex's.  Even starts right up cold, not quite as
good as FI and hot starts are still rich but Im quite content with it now,
and a very smooth power band.
