That's great, but you should probably plan to do the same thing on the right side, too. It's probably similar. -Ya, I'll try for this weekend to play with that one. I've got to watch my luck with pulling those gaskets out twice in a row without wrecking one. San-ju hyacku? Yes, that's a LOT, even if it includes beetles & buses. I spent a lot of time in Japan from '78 to '98 and in that whole time I think I saw just one type 3, which happened to be a late model dark blue fasty. -Speakee the lingo, eh? I love it over here and in the past I've ridden around much of the countryside on my bike with several of the Japanese guys who ride, also. Great camping here, too. I'm surprised at how many Type III's are here, too. The funny thing is that I look at our cars as small ones in the States but here they are bigger than many on the roads. I think I may have a harness for that, but I'd have to look to make sure I have all the parts. There would be a short wire, a fuse holder, then a long paired wire up to the switch and back, all ending in a Tee that connects to the wires running to each side. -I'd love to get the actual harness for those lights. I'm figuring on rigging up my own system this weekend just to get me through the inspection and get my car on the road. I usually ride my motorcycle to work but it rains so much that getting dressed for the ride takes more time than it's worth. It's a '66 Pigalle? If so, it's hard to say how much it would be worth to restore. The red parts are probably worth less in a '68 than in a '66. -I'm not sure of the year. Is that the only year they made those? I'm going to have my wife join me and try to talk with the guy. I think he runs a little dentist shop in the neighborhood. I'll snap a couple pics of it so you guys can tell me what you think.
