One problem with today's kids is that school and sports keep them busy
enough that once the Girlfriend comes along.... the car project is over! If
I didnt have the 65 project to do I might be interested but I still have to
go through my 71 in a couple more years too.
The kid down the road was full speed ahead on restoring his 90 GTI, but
then the beautiful yongue lady came along and now he's driving around in his
parents old Junker Toyota and the VW and a Grand in new parts is headin for
the junkyard.
Ill keep my ears open... and put word out to the local club but
seriously... if it will make it up to Albany Id be happy to help you fix the
issues with it and keep it going reliably for you.
