There's lots of things that it COULD be, the only hard part is figuring out 
which thing it really is. First off, check all the normal tuneup items: dwell, 
timing, valve lash. The idle might just be set too low.

What kind of gas mileage are you getting? That's often a big clue, so it's 
important to actually measure it over a few tankfuls, or just keep track of it 
on every tankful.

If the gas mileage seems low, check the charging system voltage: engine warm, 
med RPM, should be above 13.5V.
