The diaphragms in my fuel pump had "Blouses" too, but I installed the flat
material and pre-streached it properly and it seems to have worked fine.

You could also just run the 73 fuel pump, which didnt use diaphragms.  Of
course they are hard to come by too but I wonder if you could use a bus pump
and adjust the flow rate down to what is needed for the T3 application.
They ARE adjustable, just not sure what the range is or the spec... but
maybe Russ' manuals have this info.
