[T3] Gas Lines

<x-flowed>Reading the recent oil leak thread, Jim warned about the gas lines and 
I got thinking - do the gas lines remain full of gas at shutdown, I'd 
imagine they would right?

I mean, granted a torch on a gas line full or empty would be a bad 
thing no question, but I was wondering that since its the gas fumes 
more than the gas itself that ignites, before doing a job like this 
would it make sense to build up pressure in the lines to make them less 
volatile?

I'm going with the attitude that there are no stupid questions on this 
one... :)
