RE: [T3] John's Rubbers :~)

I saw the ddb stuff on their website...seems like a good solution. I was
about to order, but if I can get the same stuff at a FLAPS, I'd do that-to
save on shipping.

Do you remember what they called this stuff? OR how to get the right stuff?
Or is it probably easiest just to go to the DDB?

I just picked up a similar rubber seal from a FLAPS / Hardware store,
taht also happnes to sell marine stuff, for boats, that is. THey have a
very similar rubber gasket, supposed to seal of engine compartment lids
on boats, but works great on my doors as well. Also my 70 doesnt have
the bright rocker trim shown in the DDB pictures (my 73 also have this),
my 70 only had a thin alloy strip to hold the carpet. With this removed,
the rubber gasket stretches all the way around the door opening.
