<x-flowed>Check at office supply stores, ones that cater to the local businesses, not a big box store, but maybe they have some too.
Anyway, somewhere I found a sheet, probably 8.5 x 11 of the stuff, and I cut it to fit over my vents. I did it to keep out the leaves, needles and such, not for water. They are a bit stiff, and in the cold they don't want to conform very well.
I would try and soften them to fit better with a hair dryer if I needed to, but since it's inside a garage I don't use them at the moment.
Another potential source is a hobby/raft store like Ben Franklin, as they supply the material for people who make their own fridge magnets.

If I could use a refrigerator magnet -- the thin, flexible ones that typically are used on refrigerators -- over the intakes that would save my paint and easily applied/removed as needed. Bright Orange, of course, would be preferred but black will do. Any recommendations on where to find them?
