The seal is wrong. How can a windshield installer say that all his seals leak and still expect any buisness? Id have had him stop his work immediately!! Kinda like telling you he is installing a defective part and still expecting you to pay for it... dont let this shop near your car again! The correct seal is available, and when installed properly will seal just as the original did until it dried out. There are tricks to installing, but the experts should have them down pat.
