Original from Jim- There were several stages of aftermarket replacements. Until recently they came with 42mm pistons, so I suspect that they worked just fine. What do you see in yours that tells you these are not OE? Answer- The brakes work fine and I had no problem replacing the pads. I took out the pins, pushed back the pistons and in went the pads. I suspect that they are not OE because: 1. They do not have the same piston as pictured in the Bentley. 2. The pins to hold in the pads do not have a spreader spring and have a cotter pin so they do not fall out. But they work great and stop on a dime! My philosopy is "if it ain't broke don't fix it"! (but replace what is neccessary!) =P _______________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
