Hello all, Been ages it seems since last I spoke up from my usual lurking self, hope everyone is doing grand. I've got a set of aftermarket EMPI 8 spoke clones, and I've got them affixed with the stock wheel bolts. I've experienced no failures, yet remain aware that the purchase of the bolt is far less than with stock rims due to the thicker material. Is this something I should remedy? One horror story is all it will take.. Also, on a less serious note, was there ever a database set up for type 3 sightings in movies, and if so, where? In case this is news to anyone, there is glorious footage of an early orange, modified convertible Fastback in Godzilla vs. Megalon, including an off road chase. Also, Funeral in Berlin is dripping with aircooled VWs of all sorts in the opening scenes, more T3 than I could count on one pass.
