[T3] fuel line (was '67 squareback, with every little thing wrong. )

<x-flowed>
So, another problem I have is that the PO ran the fuel
line outside the car. it's attached using some of the bolts that
hold the pan to the body.

I got an answer from the P.O. on that and he said
it was because the fuel line was plugged. The car sat
from like '79 till '02 or something like that so it's not a big surprise.

I've heard that you can clear these lines up, without having to replace
them. When I get the car back from the shop I want to work on clearing this
line myself. Any suggestions on best practice?

Hoping to get the car back soon. and my mechanic's hoping to get his lift back.
