Could these be OEM VW of Brazil parts intended for one of their Type 
3-related models? That might explain part number inconsistencies as 
well as Alex's comment about parts sources. I know that ISP has 
imported parts from the Brazilian "Type 3"  in the past, window 
scrapers being one example.
