the bentley says:
temp sensor 1: cylinder head sensor. temp sensor 2: air temp sensor.
I have two other books:
"How to tune and modify Bosh Fuel Injection" "How to keep you volkswagen alive and running"
which refer to them the other way around.
I guess it doesn't matter, but It confused me quite a bit at first. and man fuel injection just seems cool.
I have another book:
"Bosh Fuel injection & Engine Management"
which after reading I began wondering how hard it would be to take some of these advances in engine management and apply them to a type 3 engine. but, that's probably more than I'll ever bite off. Still with better air measurement and ignition control rolled in, it's no wonder new cars aren't carbed.
--fess a new fan of fuel injection.
