Louis, Where the engine and trany bolt together there should have been two bolts on the top and where the studs stick through on the bottom of the engine two 17 nuts, before you seprate the engine and transmission you should remove the three bolts that holds the torque converter to the flex drive, make sure the torque converter stays in place when you seperate the engine from the transmission. After you get the transmission out take the torque converter off the transmission being careful not to bend the oil pump drive shaft that sticks in the middle of it. You could take the transmission to a shop and they will rebuild it for you for around $800-$1000.00 or rebuild it yourself the master kit cost about $100.00. The Bently book covers the rebuild real good and what special tools that you need you could make them. Good luck with it. Phil __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
