Is there a access hole to the flywheel ? Use a long screwdriver with the blunt end stuck in your ear to pin down the source. Loose screws in the fan housing won't actually come completely loose. You won't be able to get them out until you take off the fan, which means taking off the pulley, pulley housing, and rear fan housing half. > Wow 90mph I wasn't expecting it to go that fast.
