Hesitation on FI is usually ignition related... bad advance but with the FI: PRessure sensor, if the oil bath air cleaner has been overfilled the pressure sensor could be full of oil, and when it gets cold the oil gets thick and can cause a hesitation, try swapping in a known good unit. As others have said, fuel pressure drops will do it, bad throttle position switch, how is the gas mileage?
