keith, Yeah I feel the same way. For some reason west coast customs doesn't understand vw's at all. Although if they ever do a type three is the day that my hometown hears me scream in pain. :-0 dennis ps Especially when the put that thing in the louvers that said "chill". Although nice idea, definitely wrong place to put such an item. They must have taken out most of the cooling capacity on one side putting that thing in. That engine will die a horrendous heat death faster than it would under normal use. I guess that kid'll be able to chill when his engine dies out on the highway and he wonders why that even happened. :-( --- Keith Park <topnotch@nycap.rr.com> wrote: > I was getting the Square ready for her winter nap > and had MTV on.... which I > dont usually do as there is no music and too many > commercials... but I heard > VW! > > Thank goodness they didnt get a hold of a > Type3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! > > That poor 58 Bus.... when they started pop riviting > aluminum over the rust > and Slapping on GALLONS of Bondo I couldnt take any > more!! *Click* > > I know restoring an early Bus usually involves using > alot of filler but a 58 > that was in that good a shape deserves to be done > properly. > > Keith > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | > mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
