howdy, i just bought a 71 fastback im loving it so far only problem is that there is a heavy hesitation off the line, and a slight hesitation in the begining of each gear its got a weber on it (yuck) what should i look into to get it moving a little better? im doing a tune up this weekend, and id like to put a 009 in it (if you guys think thats a good idea) ive had a few busses, and a few bugs, and a ghia, but the type 3 is new to me.....im really digging this car also, if anyone has links to decent parts sites, and wants to send them to me, ill be your best friend for a week oh yeah, im looking for a set of front turn signal lenses and housings, some jackass took them off of this car, theres some cheap parts store lights on there now, so if anyone knows of a company who repros them, or if you can point me in the right direction to find them used, ill be your best friend for 2 weeks, ha! thanks jacob new owner of a 71 FB __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
