Re: [T3] chopped notch

<x-flowed>Matt:
I own a 68 Squareback that has a chopped top. It is a angle chop and has onepeace side windows and doors windows. It was done by a friend of the PO
It is a little diffrent, only because with the shorter front window, you have to stop futher back from the signal lights so you can see the lights. Or you must
lean over to see the lights. My car is simular to the "Kid Dean" car. It is a tough call as to chop a top or not, but in my case it was all ready done before
I got it.

For a long time I wouldn't add or change anything on any car even brand new cars. I finally realized that it is my car and not the rest
of the worlds car. This is a very great group, you will find they tend to not want to modify our cars like you are thinking. More knowlage than any any where else.

Try http://volksrods.com for information on a chop top. If you do a non angle chop, you will need a second Type3 roof to do this. They will information
as to chopping a top. Good group of guys, with a differnt out on how you could or what you can do with your car.

Good luck with your project on what ever you do to the best air cooled VW made.
