 This is in the left rear corner area of the car. It's held in place by 2 
sheet metal screws. Normally the ECU hangs off the back side (inside the left 
rear fender), by 2 screws also. If your car was converted to carbs, were these 2 
holes plugged by some means? If not, you'll get water inside the car. I hope 
this helps.
