Yes, it's in the off set (back spacing) and the rim width. If I remember
right a bug uses an ET of 36, whilea t-3 uses an ET of 42. Rim widths were
different to, in that a bug used a 4" rim, while a t-3 used a 4.5 " rim. Others will
correct me I'm sure. I hope this helps.
