[T3] disassembling the vent wing for new seal, how do you take it apart?

How do i take apart the vent wing to replace the 'd'
shape inner/out seal. I'm at a stand still w/ my car
until i get these done. do i have to pop out the rivet
type peg at the pivot arm?
