No,  actually I meant to use the acetic acid based stuff.  It will cure from
the outside in, the alcohol stuff cures all the way through equally.
Alcohol based stuff wont hold up to UV as well eather and the worst part is
that alcohol based stuff has a shelf life of about a year, and if its past
it you wont know till the stuff doesnt cure, leaving you with a HUGE mess.

You can get the acetic acid based RTV at a homecenter, GE market's as GE
Silicone 2, just read the label and make sure it has the acetic acid in it.
