Pull the Crab or manifold, now you can see the back side of the valve and see what it stuck in it or access the valve stem. If there is something stuck in there get it out and dont lose it into the combustion chamber. if there is nothing then spray the crap out of the stem with choke cleaner and hope it comes loose and isnt bent from when you tried to start the engine.
