Another question for you guys. My horn isn't working so I went out and bought a new horn (nope, I didn't throw out the original). After I hooked it up, and tried the horn, it still didn't work so I pulled off the horn lever on the wheel. I checked the fuse too, btw. What I found was a three foot section of wire that went from the ground on the ring down into the shaft of the steering column. I felt down the whole column to see if there was a hole for it to come out but didn't find one. I also looked inside the horn ring to see if the wire should go thru one of the holes of the ring like some other wheels I've put on in the past. No place for them to go all the way thru. I suspect this wheel and column aren't original since the ignition key doesn't match the door keys so I may have a newer column than original? I looked at the Bentley and it shows vagely that it runs out with the rest of the wires but how does it get there? Do I need to run a feeler wire to find a hole I don't see? Any recommendations?
