I think that's very likely - all RHD mostly lower trim spec in numbers and colours expected to sell OK and ordered by VW Motors UK (a trading company - not owned by VW). Since USA were special spec, mph speedo, evaporative canisters etc and all FI and high trim spec, they very likely were built at the same production run. Dave.
