Well sounds like it may be running way too rich, and in the cold weather you didn't notice it as much(not sure why this would be) but if it kind of stutters when you push the gas pedal in, sound like too rich, and not enough air mixed in. also the lower MPG could also indicate this. Not sure what you usually get for MPG. Occasionally when I start my car, it'll idle very erratically. Sometimes it'll even die. I'm quite concerned as it made it all winter without any such problems, I would have thought she would have had more problems running in the winter. Anyways, when I start it up, I can hear it oscillate between a normal sounding RPM and a very low RPM, if I let it sit long enough, it will usually swing low enough that it will die.
