I lived in Texas for 9 years and it was my experience that when someone knew you wanted to pass, they did their best to prevent you from passing. I've lived in 12 states and it is my opinion that Texas drivers are the worst. Maybe in rural areas of Texas it's different, but not in the Dallas area.
