Your car is an N model, right?  If so I think white rim/black center is 
the correct wheel color for your car. I have a brochure from 1965 that 
shows that combination on an N. The S model cars would have had solid 
black wheels with slotted beauty rings.

Also, I don't think Ns came with bumper overriders standard in 1965. 
Someone else out there would know for sure. In any case I'm sure they 
were optional.
