Hello folks...
For those who were not able to come to our February meeting, we are in the
process of setting a klub show attendance calendar. With the numerous shows
every month, it was decided to concentrate on klub attendence for one show a
month and group it with the monthly meeting. This would not prevent members
from attending other shows, but would hopefully allow for bigger attendance
and klub representation at a few particular shows of interest.
First on the list, is the Open House "show" at the Buggy House. The Buggy
House is located at 21030 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA. Check 'em out at
http://www.thebuggyhouse.com. The event is between 9am and 4pm. It will be
tax-free day on all purchases made at the Buggy House. In addition, there
will be food for purchase, or a free dog and drink ticket will be given with
a purchase over $5. Parking is limited to only the front of the shop and
side lot.
We will meet at the Albertson's on Mission, just down the street and a
pretty central location for those coming from 580 and 880 at 8:30am, and
leave to the event at 9 am on the 20th. It is only a short drive over to
the shop. I like the idea of meeting at a grocery store so that we can get
last minute items. Yes, if ur wondering, there is a Starbucks in the
