True so very true, i was restoring my bus some time ago, after paint i could'nt see using some if not most of the original exterior parts i had, ie. mirrors, lenses, side markers etc. old did'nt match the new paint. without asking others where to buy, or what has worked and was close to NOS, i jumped the gun, considered my budget and bought all after market crap. The mirrors were total garbage, but still to me they looked new, although instead of being chrome they were more like stainless and cheap to say the least as was all the plastics i bought. Never the less i used them, but have learned if your going to buy parts and really dont have the budget at the moment, buy good used or NOS parts and buy half of what your budget will allow and buy the other half down the road.. example my aftermarket mirrors for my bus were $14 each where the NOS were $28, my reasoning was I can get two mirrors for the price of one.. WHAT A JOKE !!! lived and learned, rob __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
