I have a case from a good area of the country, had a set of bearings in it cut to the first cut of thrust, new set of bearings will not fit, the center of the new bearings measure 825 Thousandths the old bearing is 834 Thousandths, obvious no fit. the thickness of both bearings is 1062 Thousandths each which is correct, the case measures 832 Thousandths. to me this means that the PO cut the case to fit the bearings he had. What I will have to do is to correct the thrust cut on the case by 8 Thousandths to fit the new bearings. Any ideas as to what went wrong, how did the PO find a bearing that messed up to costom fit to the case. Thanks Phil (P.S. the pressure relief valves were in upsidedown so I guess anything is possible.) __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
