If you look closely at the RHS photo of the car you can also see the thumb notch next to the fuel filler flap. That is another '68-only feature. Note the never-used OE spare. This is still a very nice car, but I'd much rather have a 69 with IRS than a 68 with the swing axle, if only from an ease-of-maintenance point of view. I note that none of the photos show the dash, where they all crack, however.
