Not if the fueling system was doing its job, which consists of delivering fuel 
in proportion to the mass of air admitted.

Besides, if the supercharged system was set up to always give sea level intake 
pressure, then the fueling system would never see any change. That's something 
that ANY fueling system should be able to deal with.  ;-)
