I know this but what I mean is Is it normal to loose this much speed, while other cars just pass you by? > How fast can the car go on the flat? Are you floored at 65-70 on > the flat? To tell you the truth I have not tried to measure my a "Max" speed. But at about 1/4 pedal I can do 70 MPH > Do you floor the gas pedal when you climb the hill? I do not floor the pedal just push it more while I end the down part and begin the up part of the hill. > You may wish to approach the hill at 75-80 or so, then floor it > when you hit the hill... with many typical medium grades, I can hold a > speed, but can never recover it on the ascent if I slow down for any > reason (e.g., traffic). So with that said, It sounds normal for my Fasty not be able to maintain 65-70 without considerable push of the pedal.
