[T3] upper torsion arm lock nut

I just realized last time I was lubing the front end-I am missing the lock
nut for the upper torsion bar. I remember tightening it last year with
Greg's help, and the lock nut broke or something, and I forgot to get a new
one...are these easy to get? Any suggestions...
