I've never seen one either, except in that photo. The part number from the
Type 34 parts book is 311 955 979.

The kit is aftermarket and not meant specially for a Type 34, as far as I
can tell. The parts look the same as those in the Type 34 though.

The photo in the user manual looks exactly like that (but newer), down to
the writing on the stickers.

There is one more thing: my washer bottle (111 955 945) does not have the
same part number as the parts book shows (113 955 941A). However, I know for
sure that it is from a Type 34. It has the right cradle and it is identical
to the one in the 1969 user manual.
