Yes, that's '73.  I still have the originals on my '71, apparently OK.  In the
'80s they marked the month and year, these days they mark the month and day as
well as the year  .... go figure!  If you can blow through it easily, why not
use it again!  If it's hard work, it may be collapsing inside.
