I forgot to mention...in my classic way of fixing one thing and breaking another-after replacing the shift rod bushing, I decided to check my spare tire pressure-it was around 20PSI, I see that my washer fluid system says 56PSI, so I pump up my spare tire to around 40-45 PSI. Hook it up, then woosh...for a while...I imagine the system is pressurizing or something...then I look into my car-and see windshield washer fluid all over the floor! I disconnect the hose, but too late/the hose inside my car burst. Can this be patched anyway? Or do I need to replace a whole section of hose? If I need to replace-where can I get replacement hose-at any FLAPS? thanks -kevin '65 kombi '71 sqbk somerville, ma ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
