Hm, I'm not sure how to respond to this, the city pretty much shuts down 
for several days after a good snow.  We get these storms infrequently, 
so the city is lacking in plows and sanders.  Salt would really help 
because ice often follows snow.  It only snowed 6" Tuesday, but they 
have canceled school again for Friday.  Luckily, most folks are 
inexperienced and scared to drive, so I have the roads to myself.
