Yeah, my buddy used it on his utility trailer. He had let it sit outside for a week prior to doing anything. We followed the directions that came with the POR 15, put the 2 coats on it like they recommend, the top coated it with Black Coat. He keeps this trailer outside everyday (chained to a telephone pole) , and its been holding up real well after 3 years in Michigan. He's used on several other things too, and will continue to do so. I've used it on my floor pans of my Square after reading that John J. did his. Mine are still looking good after a year too, but then they don't see any sunshine (under the carpet) so that might be why they are still shiney. I really think its how you prep the surface before using that makes the difference.
