Yes Jim.

It was a mid year 66 change. All fasties have the large phillips head type.
The allen ones are much more of a PITA and have 3 per hinge instead of the
later 2 phillips per hinge. Soak them for a week with penetrating oil if you
are hoping for successfull removal. Even then, there are no guarantees.
