Yes, sorry. See also page 10. It controls the interplay between shift speed and 
load. It senses load by means of the manifold vacuum, and changes the shift 
point accordingly: If you have your foot farther down you'll have less manifold 
vacuum (greater absolute pressure) and the AT will stay in the low gears 
longer.
