[T3] turn signal switch broken

<x-flowed>My turn signal switch broke this morning on my way to work.  I need to 
remove the steering wheel so I can see the part that is damaged.  The 
problem is that I can't figure out how to remove the horn button from the 
front of the steering wheel.  I'm worried about breaking it.

What's the secret to removing this?  I've checked the Bentley, and it 
doesn't seem to cover the procedure for removing the horn button.
