Now, back to the subject of this post, ... "How do I reply to a thread without creating a new thread?" --- In followup to my '70 Carb conversion thread, thank you all for the enthusiastic and uniform feedback. I will keep the FB fuel injected. Right now, I plan to fly to Phoenix next week with spare parts in arms to make the FI work. If the car looks good and the heat works, I'll make the 2000 mile adventure home. It is cheaper to ship; but a winter adventure is my preference. I am in Saline, MI, just a few miles south of Ann Arbor. I maintain my own (type-4 and type-1) FI systems because I am comfortable with my skills and can afford to spend more time than a paid professional. I will maintain the type-3 when I can get my hands on it.
