Dave, the pics look great. : ) I don't know how much you're going to cut but
parts, but something you might want to keep in mind is your door hinges. On
ALL the Notchbacks, and Squarebacks up to 66, VW used 3 bolt door hinges. Your
71 parts (unless they are from a Notch) will be 2 bolt hinges. Tom Hansen (
http://home.att.net/~drsowatt/index.html ) who used to frequent this list had
some plans for doing the conversion (allowing you to use your Notch doors with
the later style hinges), but I don't know if he's offering them or conversion
kits, as he had talked about doing this. Just something to be aware of. I hope
