Hi Jens, Bristol is about 120 miles west of Central London. If you're free to join us at Swindon on Sunday October 3rd, the club is having its AGM at the excellent railway museum where many locos and rolling stock were built from the 1850s to the 1970s. It's very handy for the mainline station, and quick from London Paddington, or you could drive the 80 miles from London if you're hiring a car. There should be a good number of Type 3s - probably not as many as at Hershey, but we should get into double figures anyway. If you want to make a weekend of it, that's fine too. Dave.
