Sure, but the individual on your reply list reply gets the reply twice, since s/he also sees it on the list, as Toby did with your previous message. It's simply pointless duplication. If you have a reply that you want only one person to see, send it to just that person. If you want everyone to see it, send it to just the list. You'll never need 'reply to all' here in Type 3 land.
